How do I download my artwork?
After purchase, you'll receive instant access via a download link. Simply save the file to your computer or device.
How do I upload the art to my Samsung Frame TV?
The easiest way is through the SmartThings app on your phone. Open the app, go to your Frame TV, tap "Art Mode," then upload directly from your phone's photo library. You can also use a USB drive — transfer the file to a USB stick (FAT32 format), plug it into your TV, and import from the Art Store menu. Samsung has a helpful step-by-step guide in their support section if you need a walkthrough.
Will this artwork fit my Frame TV perfectly?
Yes. All Mayworth Gallery artwork is delivered at 4K resolution (3840x2160px) in a 16:9 aspect ratio — the exact native resolution of Samsung Frame TVs in all sizes (32", 43", 50", 55", 65", 75", 85"). The image will fill your screen edge to edge with no cropping or black bars.

Can I print this artwork?
This artwork is specifically designed for digital display on TVs and is not optimized for printing. Each piece is created for backlit screens, not paper — the colors and detail are calibrated for how light works on a screen, not ink on a surface. For best results, display on a Frame TV or compatible device.
Will colors look exactly the same on my TV?
Colors may vary slightly depending on your TV's brightness, contrast, and color settings. Samsung Frame TV's Art Mode is calibrated to display colors accurately at lower brightness, which is by design. We recommend enabling Art Mode (not standard TV mode) for the best result. You can adjust your TV's picture settings to get the look just right.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Because our products are instant digital downloads, we're unable to offer refunds once the file has been accessed. If you have a technical issue with your file, reach out to us and we'll make it right. We want you to love your art.
Can I use this artwork commercially?
No. All artwork is licensed for personal use only. This means you can display it in your home on your own TV, but you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or use it in commercial settings (hotels, offices, retail, Airbnb rentals, etc.) without a commercial license. Contact us if you're interested in a commercial arrangement.
Do I need a subscription to use this art?
No subscriptions, ever. You pay once and the file is yours to keep and use as long as you like. Unlike Samsung's built-in Art Store which charges a monthly fee, Mayworth Gallery is a one-time purchase with no recurring costs.
